We start with our usual sourdough bread dough, a mixture of white and whole wheat flour, and then add an entire head of roasted garlic, 4 oz of parmesan and a generous grinding of black pepper. A stunning addition to your dinner table and makes an amazing panini or fancy grilled cheese.
